The O.G. Neighborhoods

DOWNTOWN

THE GULCH

The Gulch is a trendy sub-section of downtown, known for its modern, urban vibe and “instagrammable” murals. GERMANTOWN

Located just a few min. north of downtown, MetroCenter is a neighborhood gaining a lot of traction recently. It is strategically located along the Cumberland River and adjacent greenway, providing easy access to both downtown Nashville and major highways like I-65. This makes it an excellent choice for those who want to enjoy the city's vibrant culture while still having a peaceful retreat to come home to. It is a budget-friendly option close to Nashville's major employment centers, including the state government offices, hospitals, and corporate headquarters.   SYLVAN PARK
